HT - Highway Terrain
This is more suitable for those who only walk on the asphalt, but it depends on the brand. It has a high durability and its sides are smaller compared to AT and MT, so it gives the feeling of being more comfortable. The grooves are smaller and quiet on the asphalt.
Depending on the brand, it also performs well on wet tracks, the driver is able to have good grip and is not at risk of falling on a hydroplaning.
MT - Mud Terrain
Mud Terrain, on the other hand, is more suitable for land, but it also depends on the brand, so it can run on asphalt. It is ideal for those who like or need to ride in mud, clay and even dry land, the grooves are very deep which generates better performance in addition to having great durability.
Its walls are well reinforced to withstand the stones and obstacles that may arise, have excellent traction and floats in all conditions off the road.
Generally they are much heavier too, which can increase the consumption of the vehicle little. Look at the image, how deep the grooves are!
